Harvesting just some of the bounty I planted: lettuces, peppers, tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, greens from my garden the other day; how is it that more people aren’t doing this? It seems so simple: buy/trade seeds, plant seeds, watch seeds grow into food to feed yourself and family.  What’s missing here? No judgment, just reflection and frustration at being surrounded by a nation of “hungry” people.
